Terms and Conditions
By signing this agreement, you ("Client") agree to retain Melanin Tours LLC (SRL) ("Service Provider") to proceed with services for a VIP Day Tour, packaged under [Melanin Tours The Black Card Experience], and agree to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.
During this accelerated relocation experience, Service Provider agrees to devote up to 12 hours on assignments to be determined by Client, as well as 1 hour for a pre-relocation strategy call, 1 hour for post-service follow-up and 30 days of post-relocation email and messaging support. Work will be performed at the offices of Service Provider, but occasionally may take place at other locations, as required. Work priority and scheduling will be at the discretion of Client from a calendar of the Service Provider’s availability. Work will normally occur between the hours of 8a - 8p CDT.
During the 30 days of post-relocation support, the Client will be able to email or message Service Provider with any questions or concerns about the work that was performed during the relocation, and will receive a reply via email, message or video tutorials. This support does not cover additional in person support or accompaniments that exceed what was agreed upon in the contract. If the Client has additional work that needs to be performed, Client will have the option to book another day or a half-day session.
Rates for these services will be to the Service Provider at the following rates:
The Black Card Experience Phase 1 - $2,000
The Black Card Experience Phase 2 - $3,000 ($500 discount if booked within 30 days of tour)
The Black Card Experience Ready to Move - $4,000
Reservations can be made online with major credit cards. Fees for The Black Card Experience will be due at the time of booking this appointment. Client may choose to alternatively pay a 30% deposit, and pay the balance before 30 days of your VIP Experience Tour. Phase 1 is eligible to be applied to Phase 2 of The Black card Experience for a $500 discount if booked within 30 days of tour. Client must schedule a move within 6 months of upgrade. Phase 1 payment plans are offered through Afterpay and require a payment method on file. Phase 2 and Ready to Move payment plans are offered through Stripe and require a payment method on file.
Client understands that any written statements, images, audio recordings or video recordings of Client while participating in the tour and made on behalf of the Service Provider may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting the Service Provider. Client authorizes the Service Provider to use their name, brief biographical information, and the written or recorded statements.
This purchase is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date or service with 7-days prior written notice. The Client's deposit is valid for 180 days, and must be used within that time frame. In the event the intensive fails to occur within 180 days, or the Client fails to request a new date at least 7 days prior to their booked appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and the tour will be canceled. If the Client wishes to reschedule beyond 180 days, the original deposit may, at the Service Provider's discretion, be applied to a new booking at the current service rate, which may or may not be higher than the original booking rate.
This policy allows us to keep our experiences competitive and allow you to make interest free payments on your tour. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance within 15 days of deposit.
